The Centre for Slovene as a Second/Foreign Language publishes scientific and professional publications covering all areas of its activities: proceedings of the scientific and professional conventions which it organises (the Obdobja Symposium, the annual Seminar on Slovene Language, Literature and Culture, Skripta - proceedings of professional conventions of teachers of Slovene as a second/foreign language), handbooks and textbooks for studying Slovene as a second/foreign language.
Beside new textbooks, which will fill the current gap in books on offer in this area, the Centre has recently been intensively preparing a methodical range of extra study materials which will gradually be available both in print and electronic form (on the web or CD-ROM) and electronic discussion forums - for the time being, as a place for teachers and participants of individual language courses to exchange experiences.
The Centre for Slovene as a Second/Foreign Language also publishes various occasional printed materials, sometimes prepared by the Centre as a whole, or other times as the actual work of individual programmes (information prospectuses, performance programmes, etc).
