Conversation for the Intermediate and Advanced Level
You may have a pretty good understanding of Slovene, but in shops you still use your finger to point at things you want to buy. Or, in the street you prefer to run around in circles rather than ask someone for directions. And if you always order the same thing every time in restaurants – whatever is easiest to pronounce – then you should join the Conversation Course.
In this group, we will try to teach you how to avoid such embarrassing situations. We will discover patterns for formal and informal conversations. But the greatest emphasis will be given to discussion of subjects that are surely of interest to you too: your family, leisure time, sports, music, etc. We will seek and give advice, talk about and describe different events, agree, persuade, complain. If you like, you can give an oral presentation of your favourite topic.
The course is intended for the intermediate and advanced level.
